This latest condominium project, S9 Condominium, at Ratanathibeth road, Nonthaburi province, has a starting price of Bt1.45 million per unit.

S9 condominium designs cover an eight-storey building that combines 665 units - offering studio, one and two bedroom types with using space between 25.15 and 59.20 square metres per unit.

The project targets completion by the end of this year.

Nye Estate’s new residential brand, Quarter

Projects include Quarter 39, Quarter 31, and Quarter Thong Lor. The first two are townhomes, while Quarter Thong Lor is a single detached house. Offered prices range between Bt38 million and over Bt70 million per unit.

BTS Sansiri Holding’s joint venture

This joint venture’s latest condominium project is the Line Sukhumvit 71, worth Bt2 billion in total with a starting price of Bt4 million per unit. The Line has a total of 291 units. They combine one bedroom and two bedrooms with using space between 29.75 and 62.75 square metres.

The project starts construction this year and aims for completion in 2018.

AP (Thailand)’s latest, Pleno Ratchaphruek Rama 5

A townhome with a starting price of Bt2 million per unit.

Its designs come in modern classic style with using space of 100.2 square metres per unit, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The project is already open to booking.
