The condominium is planned as a 40-storey building of 1,412 units - including one bedroom and two bedroom types with using space between 28 and 61 square metres per unit. Construction will start at the end of this year for completion in 2018.

This Nest Property project introduces an eight-storey condominium building with a starting price of Bt2.67 million per unit.

The condominium has 316 units that combine studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms type with using space between 23.20 and 56.80 square metres per unit.

The project has started construction and will be complete by 2017.
