AP (Thailand) has introduced a luxury detached-housing project, The City Nawamin, worth Bt1 billion and with a starting price of Bt8.59 million per unit.
The project has 108 units with usable space of 185 to 230 square metres.
The project is located near the Ramindra-Agnarong expressway, and the planned MRT Brown Line from Ka Rai-Bung Kum, and the Pink Line from Ramindra-Chaeng Watthana.
Detached houses, duplexes
Iris Group Co has introduced Iris Park Chaiyapruk-Ring Road, a project comprising detached houses and duplexes, with prices starting at Bt2.25 million.
The detached houses use an L-shape design and offer usable space of 150 square metres. They have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The duplexes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with usable space of 113 square metres.
The project is accepting bookings.
Homes with energy-saving design
Supalai Prima Villa Phahonyothin 50 is a detached-housing project worth Bt1.4 billion. Prices start at Bt6 million.
The 185 units feature an energy-saving design and sit on 67.5 square wah (270 square metres). They have four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The project opens for booking this weekend.
Two projects from SC Asset
SC Asset Corporation has introduced two new detached-housing projects, Life Bangkok Boulevard Ramintra 65 and Ratchaphruek-Pinklao, with starting prices of Bt6.99 million and Bt4.59 million, respectively.
Life Bangkok Boulevard Ramintra 65, worth Bt1.1 billion, has 152 units with usable space of 183 to 232 square metres.
Meanwhile, Life Bangkok Boulevard Ratchaphruek-Pinklao, worth Bt1.5 billion, offers 271 units with usable space between 145 and 191 square metres.
Both projects are accepting bookings.
