Ted Property Group’s latest single detached house and townhouse project, Feel Town Ladprao 35, has a starting price of Bt6.79 million per unit.

The project has only eight units, three of them three-storey single detached houses with using space of 270 square metres. The remaining five are three-storey townhomes with 175 square metres of space.

The project is open for booking now.

New CP Land project has 203 units

Its latest eight-story condominium project, S Condo Samut Sakhon, opens with a starting price of Bt899,000 per unit.

The 203 units are one-bedroom type with using space between 23.31 and 30.49 square metres per unit.

The project will start construction in the first quarter of 2016 for completion by 2018.

Yellow Fynn Development’s Fynn Aree project

The firm’s latest eight-storey condo project, Fynn Aree, has a starting price of Bt3.4 million per unit.

The 79 units include one-bedroom with using space between 27 and 31.5 square metres, and two bedroom-type with using space of 47 square metres.

Construction is scheduled for the first quarter of next year and aims to be complete in 2017.

Prime Property’s latest townhome/shophouse project

Prime Rama9-Ramkamhaeng 21 has a starting price of Bt3.39 million per unit.

Project design offers three-storey townhomes and three-storey shophouses with space between 127.5 square metres and 150 square metres per unit.

The project has 68 units and is open to booking now.
