Ananda Development is offering "Ananda Big Deals" from now until the end of April. The campaign is for six condominium projects: Ideo Sathorn-Thapra, Wutthakard, Sukhumvit 115, Ideo O2 Bangna, Unio Charan Soi 3, and Elio Del Ray Udomsuk. They are ready-to-stay condos priced between Bt1.59 million and Bt2.5 million.
The promotion includes free monthly instalments for the first year, free transfer fees, and free iPhone 6S units.
This is a good time to buy a home, as purchasers benefit not only from the company’s promotional campaign but from the government’s measures to cut mortgage and transfer fees to only 0.1 per cent, Ananda chief executive officer Chanond Ruangkritya said.
Lalin Property is also holding a promotional campaign from February 17 to March 2 to roadshow its residential projects at Fashion Island, CentralPlaza Lardprao, The Mall Bangkapi, and CentralPlaza WestGate, offering discounts of up to Bt200,000 per unit.
Sansiri has also started its 2016 marketing offensive through the big "Uniquely You" campaign.
Special offers, lasting only until March 31, include the ability to choose the unit that is "uniquely you" with special requests sent directly to Sansiri branches in Chiang Mai, Phuket or Rayong province, said Metha Angwatanapanich, the company’s senior executive vice president for business development and project development (low rise).
"Once the customers become interested in this campaign and are ready to purchase the ready-to-move-in homes and take advantage of the government support measures, Sansiri is ready with special offers from [now] until March 31," he said.
"There will also be promotional activities in three provinces – Chiang Mai, Phuket and Rayong. In Chiang Mai the roadshow will take place from March 1-7, in Phuket you can enjoy the activities at Central Festival Phuket from February 25 to March 2, and Rayong will host the activities at Central Festival Rayong from February 25 to March 2. These activities are part of the campaign to create awareness of this concept more widely," he said.
Even more promotions will be on offer at the 34th Home and Condo Show from March 10-13 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok.
The event will feature special campaigns from property developers and commercial banks to boost their sales and mortgages in the first four months of this year before the government’s incentives for the property sector expire at the end of April.
