Quality Houses’ detached-housing project Wararom Premium Kaew Nawarat in Chiang Mai province, valued at Bt1.26 billion, offers starting prices of Bt2.99 million.
The project’s 290 units are designed in “Italian style” on plots of between 50 and 217 square wah (200-868 square metres) and with usable space of 138 to 281 square metres per unit. They range from three-bedroom units to four bedrooms with five bathrooms.

Two-storey townhouses start at Bt1.79m
Built Land has introduced a townhouse project, The Ritmo Chaiyapruek-Wongwaen, with a starting price of Bt1.79 million per unit.
These two-storey townhouses have usable space of 118 square metres, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Construction starts in third quarter
The starting price of P36 Development Co’s upcoming Zeen Condo Ngamwongwan 31 project will be Bt1.59 million for a one-bedroom unit with usable space of 28.5 square metres.
The eight-storey condominium building will have 77 units. Some will be two-bedroom units with usable space of up to 46sqm.
Construction will begin in the third quarter of this year and will be complete by the fourth quarter of 2017.
Langsuan condo project has 97 units
Na Varang Asset Co’s latest condominium project, Na Vara Residence on Langsuan Road in Bangkok, offers a starting price of Bt8.8 million for a one-bedroom unit with usable space of 38 square metres.
The project’s eight-storey building has 97 condos, both one- and two-bedroom units, with usable space of up to 102sqm.
