Seacon Group’s latest project, The Edition@Soi Soonvijai, worth Bt300 million. The project only has four single-detached houses, with prices starting at Bt65 million per unit.
Each unit is six-stories high, with useable space of between 675 and 745 square metres, on land between 60 and 94 square wah per unit. The units have five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
High-end condo from Riviera in Jomtien
The Riviera Group has launched “The Riviera Jomtien”—a luxury high-end condominium worth Bt3.8 billion on 6-rai of land with units going for between Bt2.2 million and Bt26 million.
The condominium is 46-storeys high, comprising of 1,095 units, of which 1,072 are residential and 23 commercial. The units range in size from 22 to 110 square metres. Of the units, 275 are studio, 733 one-bedroom, 63 two-bedroom and four duplex.
The project has won an environmental impact assessment permit and will start construction this month. The project is expected to be completed by 2018.
NC Housing lays on the
Charm in Pathum Thani
NC Housing’s latest project on 32-rai in Pathum Thani province, Charm at NC on Green, is worth Bt900 million and has single-detached houses going for between Bt5 million and Bt15 million per unit.
There is a total of 109 units designed under the Smart Innovation theme, which is environmentally sound, functional and with an appealing design. Each house has a useable space of 410 square metres with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The project is open for booking.
New project in Cha-am from LPN
LPN Development plans to launch its latest condominium project, Lumpini Seaview Cha-am, worth Bt1.2 billion in the second half of this year.
The project will have 1,100 units, with one-bedroom types using 22.5sqm of space and two-bedroom types using about 57sqm.
The project is located close to LPN’s other project, Lumpini Park Beach Cha-am, which is now ready to transferred to buyers.
