New Takeoffs

AP (Thailand) has announced two new condominium projects, Life Sukhumvit 48 and Aspire Sathorn-Taksin, worth a combined Bt3.64 billion and with starting prices of Bt2.49 million and Bt1.79 million per unit respectively.
Life Sukhumvit 48, worth Bt2.2 million, has 612 units with one or two bedrooms with usable space of 30-60 square metres.
Aspire Sathorn-Taksin, worth Bt1.44 billion, has 613 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with usable space of 22.5-46sqm.
Construction will begin in the second half of this year and will be complete in 2019.

Three Bless Asset townhouse projects
Bless Asset Group has three townhouse projects in the works, worth a total of Bt1.76 billion: Bless Ville Ramindra 117, and Bless Town Srinakarin-Nam Daeng and Tiwanon-Pathumthani.
The three-storey Bless Town units start at Bt2.59 million for Tiwanon-Pathumthani and Bt2.69 million for the Srinakarin-Nam Daeng project. The two-storey Bless Ville townhouses offer a price of Bt1.79 million per unit.
Townhouses in all three projects will be transferred to buyers at the end of the year.
 

Porn Santi Co project open for booking
Porn Santi Co, a subsidiary of LPN Development, has opened for booking a townhouse project, Baan Lumpini Ville Ratchaphruek-Nakhon In, with prices starting at Bt2.49 million per unit.
The Bt400-million project has 142 units. The two-storey townhouses are available with two or three bedrooms with usable space between 115 and 125 square metres.
 

Origin Property announces condominium
Origin Property has announced a Bt1.3-billion condominium project called Notting Hill Sukhumvit-Praksa, with prices starting at Bt1.09 million per unit.
The project has 980 units with usable space between 23 and 40 square metres.
Construction will begin this year and will be complete in 2019.
