Issara Residence Rama 9 is a single detached house project. It has only 20 units on land of nine rai on Rama 9 road soi 13. The single detached houses have using space between 700 and 764 square metres per unit on land between 112 square wah and 208 square wah per unit.
Meanwhile, “Baan IssaraBangna” is a single detached house on Bang Na Road KM8. It has a total of 43 units on land of 24 rai. The single detached houses are designed with using space of between 425 and 633 square metres per unit. They are on land between 99 and 228 square wah per unit.

The three-storey single detached house, Casa Premium Rama 2, is valued at Bt670 |million with a starting price of Bt6.89 million per unit.
The single detached house design will have using space up to 260 square metres per unit on land up to 70 square wah. It combines five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The house is designed with a modern theme and a more functional concept.
 
Two condo projects from Supalai
Supalai Park Ratchavibha and Supalai City Resort Rama 8 are valued at Bt4.68 billion with a starting price of Bt1.5 million per unit each.
Supalai Park Ratchavibha offers 1,664 units totalling Bt3.5 billion. They include one and two bedrooms.
Supalai City Resort Rama 8 has 446 units worth Bt1.18 billion. They include a studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms.
They will be open to booking on July 29-31

Origin Property introduces two |condominium projects
Notting Hill the Exclusive Charoen Krung and Kensington Kaset-Campus are valued at Bt1.45 billion, with a starting price of Bt2.9 million per unit and Bt1.69 million per unit respectively.
Notting Hill the Exclusive Charoen Krung is an eight-storey building of 132 units worth Bt450 million.
Kensington Kaset-Campus has 451 units worth Bt1 billion. Both projects are already open for booking.
