Norm Marque Co Ltd is set to launch a new luxury detached house project on Kanchanapisek and Charan 13 Road under the concept “Tycoon Officia”. It is valued at Bt400 million with a starting price of Bt45 million per unit.
The Tycoon Officia is a detached 3-floor house with a usage area between 398 and 636 square metres per unit on land of between 100 and 175 square wahs per unit.
Norm Marque believes these houses will meet the top-end targets who want to have a well-balanced life among flexible space, designed for adjusting to different forms and to accommodate all kinds of lifestyles.

Seacon Home’s designs to match all buyer ideas
Homebuilding firm Seacon Home Co Ltd introduces its latest innovative single detached house design under the concept, Seacon Home Care. Included in its designs are energy saving, plans for senior citizens, and a home office concept.
The company already has a single detached house design to serve all customers’ demands and is open to orders and an exchange of design ideas to match their demands.
This project aims to boost total revenue and achieve a contract target of Bt1 billion by the end of this year. First, the company will shows total returns of Bt605 million in the first seven months of this year, the company's managing director Supitcha Chaipipat said.

A German flavour from VSK Estate
VSK Estate Co Ltd introduces the latest home office – Haus the Hamburg Ramindra-Ramkhamhaeng – at a starting price of Bt3.59 million per unit.
Its three- and four-storey home office design offers usage of between 140 square metres and 280 square metres per unit. The project combines 196 units and is already open to booking.

Lalin Property’s single detached house
Baan Lalin Rattanathibeth-Westgate, comes with a starting price of Bt2.99 million per unit.
It’s a single detached house design with usage space between 135 and 220 square metres per unit on land between 40 square wahs and 60 square wahs per unit.
