Lalin Property Plc is launching two residential projects – Lanceo CRIB and Lio BLISS – worth Bt1 billion on Srethakij-Bhusakorn Road. Units start at Bt2 million and Bt1 million respectively. 
Lanceo CRIB is comprised of single-detached houses with useable space of between 140 square metres and 175 square metres per unit.
Lio BLISS features one- and two-storey townhomes with useable space of between 85sqm and 105sqm per unit. 
Both projects are open for booking. 

Kith Lite enters second phase
Sena Development Plc introduces the second phase of Kith Lite Bangkadi-Tiwanond, with units starting at Bt799,000.
The seven-storey condominium will have 696 one-bedroom type units with useable space of 28.30 square metres and 36.30 square metres.
The project is set for completion in the first quarter of next year. 

New condo project in Victory Monument area
Maestro 07 Victory Monument, the latest condominium project from Major Development Estate Co Ltd, has units starting at Bt3.8 million. 
The eight-storey condominium has a total of 171 units, with one-bedroom types using space of between 27 and 28.5 square metres and two-bedroom types with useable space of between 45.5 and 68sqm.
Construction for the project has kicked off and will be completed by the end of 2018.

High priced detached houses in Ekamai
Single-detached houses in Sakaya Development Co Ltd’s Sakaya 146 Ekamai are starting at Bt49.9 million per unit, and there are just four units.
The five-storey detached houses on 51-52 square wah of land per unit use space of between 610 and 710sqm. The houses have four bedrooms and five bathrooms. 
The project will be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
