She told a news conference yesterday that the company had set aside a marketing budget of Bt50 million focusing on digital media in the hopes of appealing to younger consumers.
She said the company would show its products in three dimensions through digital media so potential customers would know what they would get after retaining the company to build a home for them.
Seacon focuses on building detached houses with usable space of 150 to 250 square metres. This matches a prevailing demand in the market, she said.
In 2016, the group recorded revenue of Bt1.2 billion, Bt500 million from Seacon Home Co and the rest from its subsidiaries Compact Home and Budget Home.
