Pruksa unveils new Sukhumvit condo project
Pruksa Real Estate Plc has introduced its latest condominium project, Tree Sukhumvit 71-Ekamai, a Bt2.48 billion job where the unit starting price is Bt1.69 million.
The 33-story building has 883 one- and two-bedroom units measuring 24.1 square metres and 60.8 square metres.
It is located close to the Prakanong Skytrain station and Ramkhamhaeng airport link.
It will have three zones designed to appeal to people who like natural surrounds and is open for bookings now.
Construction is slated to start this year and finish in 2019.
