Listed property firm Noble Development Plc is set to introduce its latest condominium project, Noble Around Sukhumvit 33. Apartments in the Bt2 billion project start at Bt5.5 million
.
The project is designed, under the concept Tailor Your New Indentity, to match different lifestyles.
The 25-story building has 274 units with space between 27 and 51 square metres for a one-bedroom style, and 54 and 65 square metres for a two-bedroom style.
The project opens to register for the right to book between July 21-August 3, and will be open for bookings on August 6. Construction will start at the end of this year and is expected to be complete in 2020.
