Siam Royal View unveils new Koh Chang condo project
Siam Royal View Co Ltd has introduced its latest condominium project, the Marina Condominium I, at Koh Chang in Trad.
The Bt95 million project has 20 units at a starting price of Bt87,000 per square metre.
The project is located close to the Siam Royal View Resort, a mixed-used development project on the island.
The company’s managing director Roland Paul Steiner said that Marina Condominium I will have large studios, one bedroom units and two and three bedroom units.
He said all the units will include furniture, kitchen appliances, bathrooms and outdoor furniture on a terrace.
