Tan Eng Asset launches T-ONE office building
Tan Eng Asset Co Ltd has announced the launch of the T-ONE office building and co-working space in Bangkok’s Thonglor-Sukhumvit area.
The 34-storey building, which covers 43,700 square metres, will be opened in the third quarter of next year.
The project now has bookings of up to 40 per cent of the total rental space at Bt950 per square meter per month, Tan Eng Asset managing director Warisa Passakornnatee said.
