Chewathai aims for seven new residential projects this year

Chewathai Plc is planning to this year launch seven new residential projects worth Bt5.91 billion in an effort to drive total revenues to Bt2.4 billion, or up 10 per cent from last year, said the company managing director, Boon Choon Kiat, at a Monday press conference.
Seven projects are located on Kaset Nawamin, Bhuthamonthon Sai 1, Rangsit Klong 4, Prachauthid 90, Sukhumvit, along with two projects on Thong Lor, he said.
The company has a current backlog worth Bt1.5 of properties sold and awaiting transfer to its customers in 2018.
