After years of being depicted as the most hated woman in Britain, Camilla, the second wife of King Charles, will be crowned queen on Saturday, capping a remarkable turnaround in public acceptance few would have thought possible.

King Charles became monarch of the United Kingdom and 14 other realms on the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth in September, but on Saturday he will be crowned in a ceremony full of pomp, pageantry and religious significance.
