Buying a used Rolls: It's almost like getting a new one

If a brand new Rolls-Royce is too expensive, why not go for a used one?

Official importer Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Bangkok has recently launched the “Provenance Programme” in an effort to expand its customer base in Thailand.
“The Rolls-Royce Provenance Programme is the first used car service offered in the ultra-luxury car segment in Thailand that is guaranteed by the official sales company,” said Chatvithai Tantraporn, general manager of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Bangkok.
He said the programme would allow customers to purchase vehicles that are “no different than new vehicles in terms of quality”. The cars also come with quality warranty and after-sales service similar to new vehicles, he added.
Cars are fully inspected as well as road tested by trained mechanics before being put up for sale.
“Customers who decide to purchase vehicles under this programme can be fully confident of a wise investment since every car from the Provenance Programme comes with all servicing records and all after-sales data,” Chatvithai pointed out. The cars come with a 24-month premium warranty, in case the 4-year warranty for the new car has expired, but every car in the programme is not older than five years or covered more than 96,000 kilometres.
All the cars are not modified in any way and have a service history in line with Rolls-Royce standards. Also these cars haven’t undergone any major structural repairs and have at least 6,400 kilometres to the next service. Even the tyres must have a depth of at least 4mm.
