E-bidding called for procurement of 14,442 patrol police motorcycles

The Royal Thai Police are calling for sellers of motorcycles to participate in e-bidding to supply 14,442 motorcycles for patrol police under a budget of 1.884 billion baht.

The e-bidding process was announced on the website of the Logistics Office of the RTP.

Interested sellers could inquire about the bidding schedule from the Logistics Office now.

The procurement project for 14,442 motorcycles was approved by the Cabinet on October 3. The project would be committed under two fiscal years – 369.137 million baht from the fiscal 2024 budget and 1.476 billion baht from the fiscal 2025 budget.

The Logistics Office’s term of reference states that each of the motorcycles must have 150-160cc engines.

Each motorcycle must be supplied with two crash helmets and each must be mounted with three red flashing LED lights – one at the front and two at the back.

The motorcycles must be supplied to 1,484 police stations nationwide, so the successful seller must have branches in all provinces.
