Army of state welfare cardholders set to swell amid Covid misery
The Fiscal Policy Office (FPO) says more citizens will be eligible for state welfare cards during the upcoming registration period, as Covid-19 continues to take a toll on personal finances.
The upcoming registration for state welfare cards will be open to both former cardholders and those who now meet the criteria to receive state benefits, the FPO said on Monday.
The registration period will be set by the Cabinet soon.
