Myanmar murder suspect still in Thailand, says police chief
Metropolitan Police Bureau Commissioner Lt-General Sanit Mahathavorn believes that a Myanmar man suspected of killing a Myanmar woman is still in Thailand.
Sanit said police obtained an arrest warrant for the suspected killer of the 25-year-old woman, whose body was found next to a roadside sewer on a soi off Onnuj-Lat Krabang Road in Bangkok’s Prawet district.
Sanit said the suspect fled to Tak’s Mae Sot district but has not crossed the border.
