
After launching its platform in Thailand only recently, it has already secured more than 30 hotel clients.
Chief executive officer David Topolewski said the company offered solutions created specifically for the hotel and hospitality industries in Singapore, Indonesia, China and Thailand.
“We focus on hospitality because it [accounts for] 9.5 per cent of the world economy,” he said.
He said its solutions were priced between Bt90,000 to Bt300,000 per year per contract, depending on business size and number of users at each organisation.
Qooco offers a virtual language and communication training platform tailor-made for the hospitality industry. The company specialises in mobile training and delivery demands of hotels and resorts to help improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Compatible with Android and iOS mobile devices including smartphones and tablets, as well as the Windows operating system, Qooco says its products enable hospitality associates to learn at their own pace any time and anywhere.
The solution is operates in two basic languages – English and Mandarin – that can be translated into 15 supported languages, including Thai. More supported languages such as Burmese and Arabic are to be added to the feature soon.
