Don Charnsupharindr, head of retail banking, said TWA provides an overview of the client’s portfolio, including risk-diversification indicators, so that investments are securely spread across various asset classes.
“Often investors face financial planning problems because they only consider the percentage return on their investment as the measure of success, without having a clear view of whether the return will enable them to reach their life goals or not,” Don said.
“In addition, investors don’t have sufficient information for financial planning or the time to effectively process the complex information, such as the inflation rate or the expected return of each asset class.
“These factors lead to investors’ concerns that financial goals may not be met.”
Citi said TWA will make financial planning easier and more efficient so that users “can ultimately achieve their desired financial goals”.
