Humanica all set for IPO
Human resource and payroll outsourcing management firm Humanica has set an initial public offering price of Bt4 per share, with booking on November 30, December 1 and 4.
The company will issue 180 million shares to raise capital for its move to a new office, to develop its information technology system and to set up its learning centre, the company’s chief executive officer, Sunthorn Dentham, said yesterday.
The company will start trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on December 8.
In the first half of this year the company reported total revenue of Bt234.11 million and net profit of Bt37.08 million.
