LEO Self Storage is responding to Bangkok’s changing consumer lifestyle, targeting consumers and SMEs with facilities in Silom, Sathorn, and Rama 3 that meet international standards for 24-hour private storage rooms.

It’s award-winning parent Leo Global Logistics Public Co Ltd already has 26 years experience serving B2B clients.
Kettivit Sittisoontornwong, chief executive officer, notes the lifestyle of Bangkok people has changed. More people are fond of living in the condominiums. The prices of land and real estate have risen sharply. Trading pattern is more in e-commerce. A lot of SME’s business includes attention to B2C retail customers.
“Therefore, we think that it is the right time to start the self storage business,” says Kettivit.
The company’s targets are in two main groups. The first is SMEs that require areas for storing documents, stocking goods, equipment for events, and marketing activities. The other is the “lifestyle” consumer market, “those who want to have additional spaces in storing the things rarely used, especially for the lifestyle of modern people who are fond of living in condominiums, love to travel, and have outdoor activities such as biking, wake-boarding, skiing, and golfing.”
The company will offer secure facilities, with CCTV cameras, keycards, and burglar alarms.
They will focus marketing through social media and online channels, establishing their brand in the first year of operation.
