CBRE lands US restaurant chain
The Johnny Rockets Group signed an agreement yesterday with property service firm CB Richard Ellis Viet Nam under which the latter will help the US restaurant chain enter Vietnam and other promising markets in Southeast Asia.
CBRE will introduce the brand to new franchise operators and secure appropriate locations for Johnny Rockets restaurants, besides providing market updates.
Steve Devine, president of JRG’s international development section, said he has been working with a number of potential partners in Vietnam and expected the first restaurant to open in Ho Chi Minh City next year.
