Thai firm brings Yazaki electric wire products to Myanmar

As Myanmar emerges from decades of isolation, the country is currently in the process of an economic expansion with opportunities arising across all business sectors. Undeniably, construction is one of the key industries spearheading the country’s development.
According to a report by Timetric, a research firm, the construction sector in Myanmar posed an average growth rate of about 14 per cent during the past four years as a result of political stability, strong economic development, rapid inflow of foreign direct investment, and the infrastructure projects of the public and private sectors. Grow growth is expected to continue in the next four years (2014-2018), thanks to the government’s increasing effort in improving the country’s infrastructure in response to the demand of both foreign and local investors.
Meanwhile, amid the strong momentum of economic development , Thailand’s KP Solution and Consult Company Limited has been appointed the first and sole distributor of Yazaki Wire, the premium electric wire products from Japan, in Myanmar.
In Thailand, Yazaki wire products are widely used in government and private sector projects. Kwanjai Sirawongvanich, the company’s managing director, said the potential for growth in Myanmar’s construction sector provided the company the opportunity to introduce high-quality Yazaki electric wire products at reasonable prices to the country.
Being the first and only Yazaki electric wire distributor in Myanmar, KP Solution and Consult offers various types of Yazaki products, backed by service teams to ensure the satisfaction of all customers.
Moreover, KP Solution and Consult Company Limited is committed to the principle of giving back to the local market. It conducts monthly workshops to educate local engineers about electric wires and other relevant CSR activities.
