Headline was a bit harsh: Mor Nim still has the right to appeal 

This Greek tragedy is most shocking reflecting domestic violence in an extreme in Thailand. The news was interesting reading but prejudicial to the right of this lady doctor. Yes, the first court has found her guilty of murder and sentenced at the highest level of death. If the caption reflects the reasons of the judgement of the first court and stated so in your report I would have lauded your journalism. But the article implied as though as through your investigation and conclusion, then Mor Nim would have the legal right against you for pre-judging the case before the considered judgement of the Appeal Court and subsequently the Supreme Court if the subsequent courts find her innocent to hiring anyone to kill her husband.
