But you must promise me, dear readers, that after you read that garbage you also read Ornish’s response, in which he blows every argument the writer makes out of the water. That writer also admits that, unlike Ornish, she has no clinical experience.
In a previous letter, Turk acknowledges that the Ornish diet inhibited the growth of cancer cells by 70 per cent for those on the vegan diet (the growth of cancer cells was inhibited by only 9 per cent in those on the non-vegetarian diets). Yet he has the audacity in his next letter to say the Ornish prostate cancer diet “failed”!
Whenever I prove Turk wrong on one point he just jumps to another argument and makes more erroneous comments. You know, Mr Turk, I recently made an error about something I wrote on different subject in a letter to another newspaper. When I saw my mistake I wrote a follow-up letter and publicly apologised for my error. It would be nice if you were man enough to do the same, since 90 per cent of what you write is utter unsubstantiated nonsense, including your claims about cancer cures.
