Firefly, a restaurant and bar at the luxury all-suite Pavilion Phuket resort, is all set to host the first Night Brunch dining this Friday (December 22).

Lifting gourmet grazing to a new level of fun and indulgence, the themed Night Brunch buffet will feature a wide range of premium culinary delights, all specially prepared by executive chef Belinda Tuckwell, aka Chef Bel. 
“Soul Train is the theme for the first Night Brunch, and we will offer a different theme every month throughout the high season to guarantee guests and visitors a unique combination of fabulous tastes and great music,” said Jean-Philippe Jacopin, general manager.
The signature dishes on offer include shucked oysters, Australian rib eye, whole salmon tarator, and roasted duck with fig and anise, followed by such delectable desserts as sexy and sweet soft serve, chocolate indulgence, and an array of imported cheeses. 
Diners can also pair the fabulous flavours with refined libations, starting with a perfectly crafted Gin & Tonic. One 30cl bottle of Lombard Brut NV per person also included in the price. The culinary attractions are further enhanced by a tempting choice of top-drawer wines, spirits and cocktails, available to order for those who wish to extend their evening pleasure.
Throughout the feast a live band will play a soundtrack of soulful tunes with celebrity guest vocalist Eka, former member of girl group Jai, which topped the Canadian charts. The skilled vocalist will bring sweet lyrical moments to the mix with songs by the likes of Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Chaka Khan. The Night Brunch starts at 8pm and is priced at Bt4,000 per person.
