Renaissance Hotels, a brand within Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio, has announced a major update to its signature Evenings at Renaissance program across the Asia-Pacific region (excluding China).
The brand is launching an upgraded beverage rituals collection designed to connect travelers with local culture through curated flavor profiles and neighborhood storytelling.
Developed in partnership with award-winning Indonesian mixologist Demitria "Demi" Dana Paramita - founder of HATS Bar Jakarta and the brand’s first Beverage Rituals Ambassador - the new lineup translates regional traditions, heritage botanicals
and local market ingredients into contemporary drinks. Key offerings include the interactive citrus-and-floral punch Blooming Flower, the pandan-and-tamarind-infused The Night Market, and the aromatic spice blend Silk Road.
The regional rollout coincides with Renaissance Day of Discovery 2026 under the theme "Layers of Discovery."
Running throughout October and November across participating APEC properties, the campaign pairs evening drink rituals with daytime neighborhood excursions led by hotel Navigators.
In Thailand, the initiative will feature tailored property activations:
Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel (Oct 31): Launches market-inspired cocktails at R Bar following guided tours of local flower markets.
Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa (Nov 1–2): Features coastal community workshops, sunset performances, and nautical-themed evening rituals.
Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa (Nov 1): Combines cultural island tours with street food collaborations and locally inspired beverages.
Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa (Nov 7–8): Highlights local agricultural traditions, including experiences centered around the Southern Thai ingredient som-khwai (Asam Gelugur).
Following the festival launch, participating hotels will permanently integrate selections from the new beverage collection into their ongoing Evenings at Renaissance programming.
