Where will Syria's chemical weapons (and all precursors, ingredients and manufacturing equipment) be recycled or destroyed?
All such activity will, of course, be observed and verified by UN inspectors. Can any of it be reused as pesticide? What pesticides do the Syrians have that could be used as chemical weapons? Who else has such unnecessary stockpiles that could also now be terminated?
