The company’s director, Pongpipat Kanjanasupat, said that the project guarantees a return on investment of 5 per cent a year for the first five years for those customers that buy and put their units up for rental management by Best Western Plus.
The building will have eight storeys with 532 units. Construction will start this year and the first phase is expected to be completed in 2020, with the following phase in 2021.
The company has so far sold units accounting for up to 50 per cent of the total project value, Pongpipat said.
