Chef Gordon Leung from the Michelin-starred Spring Moon Chinese restaurant of the Peninsula Hong Kong will be at The Peninsula Bangkok’s Mei Jiang restaurant from June 19 to 21 to serve his signature Cantonese dishes for lunch and dinner.

Leung will collaborate with Mei Jiang’s executive chef Jackie Ho to create a special set dinner menu and other selected Cantonese plates during his three-day stay. 

Dishes include Braised Half Duck stuffed with assorted meat, mushrooms, beans and salty eggs, Pan-fried Abalone with Supreme Soy Sauce and Scrambled Eggs with shredded shrimp, crab meat and bean sprouts.

The special set dinner is priced at Bt4,888 while the lunchtime crowd can pick from an a la carte menu of his best-known dishes.
