Fortinet launches workshop, confirms FortiOS5.2 to fight security threats
Fortinet has recently organised its workshop, titled, "Fortinet Q3 Workshop Series: FortiOS5.2 Unveiled".
During the workshop, Fortinet confirmed that the new operating system FortiOS 5.2 was developed to provide the comprehensive protection to fight the Advanced Persistent Threats and more than 140 new zero-day vulnerabilities to date, including 18 found in 2013 alone.
It announced the first network security vendor position who delivers 1 terabit per second firewall – FortiGate 5144C in the market. This also firmly positions the FortiGate 5144C as the world’s fastest firewall.
