AIT denies it provides only two shuttle services a day for students in Hua Hin

The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) has denied that it provided only two shuttle services a day for its students in Hua Hin, and thus prompting a student to rent a motorcycle and got killed in a road accident.

In its press statement, the AIT said it provided ten shuttle services during a day for its students after they were moved to study the Hua Hin campus of Stamford University following flooding in Bangkok.
The press statement referred to The Nation Online’s report that the youngest son of an Indian MP died in a motorcycle accident in Hua Hin on Thursday evening.
The report stated that since transport between the students' lodging and the campus was only provided twice a day, Sandeep Kalita, 23, decided to rent a motorbike and was subsequently killed in the accident.
The AIT insisted that it provided enough shuttle services for its students, which is detailed at: http://www.ait.ac.th/news-and-events/TransportationSchedule.pdf.
The Nation regretted the incorrect information.
