Everyone wants to be successful. Actually, there are many steps on the ladder to success. If you visit a bookstore, you will see many books reveal many tips and pathways to success. However, without knowing one little secret you cannot achieve success. An

Just like other businessmen, Charvanin Bunditkitsada the managing director of Thailand’s leading logistics provider JWD InfoLogistics, faces many challenges at work. However, he has his own way of coping with stress and bad temper.
Judging from his appearance, Charvanin is a well-mannered person of few words and modest by nature. However, quite in contrast, his favourite hobby is car racing.
Chavanin said that he fell in love with car racing even in his young days. So, when he grew up, he decided to practice racing his car and join the Toyota Vios One Make Race at Toyota Motor Sport. It’s been two years since he first joined this race. This year he won four racing trophies from five races – one gold, two bronze and a platinum.
“Car racing is about the ability to accelerate well in a straight line as well as the ability to retain speed around corners. So, concentration is everything,” says Charvanin.
For him, the priority is to remain fully focused behind the wheel from the first lap to the last. And to perform well, all he needs is practice, practice and practice.
He also explains, “All racers must operate at their absolute limit, constantly correcting the steering wheel to find the perfect racing line. There is never an opportunity to catch your breath, and there is certainly no margin for error. Without intense practice, it is very hard to complete these well.”
Charvanin finds his hobby a mental challenge. A lot of people can drive fast, but having the spare brainpower to make important decisions in a split second is the key element that makes the difference between victory and defeat.
Simple but true, his life motto is the slogan of Redbull Thailand: “Goal is set to be hit.”
“The difference between winners and losers when they have a goal is that the winners will go hit the goal fast and effectively while the losers just sit and dream of success,” he says.
