The opening of the lounge was presided over by Suvarnabhumi Airport general manager Sirote Duangratana on Thursday.
Miracle Group president Aswin Ingkakul |said the group invested more than Bt200 |million to build the lounge, which the group will operate.
He said he was very proud of the lounge, especially its outdoor section.
Located in the middle of the terminal, |the outdoor section named “Bamboo Garden” |is decorated with artificial bamboo trees, |providing a green, airy space to promote |green and sustainable tourism, Aswin |said.
“We want travellers to feel relaxed in |a natural atmosphere before they have |to stay in an aircraft for several hours,” |he said.
The new Miracle Lounge covers 3,000 square metres on Level 3 of Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Situated between the First Class Zone and the Business Class Zone, the Miracle Lounge Concourse D is elegantly furnished and fully equipped, and has a relaxed ambience for recreation and enjoyment of fresh-cooked meals well prepared by expert chefs, Miracle Group says.
The lounge has plenty of spaces for a variety of activities such as a business corner, a leisure corner, a “chat and chill” corner, luxurious bathrooms, personal computers with free Wi-Fi, and a prayer room as well. There is a smoking area in the open-air section.
Priority Pass members and tourists are |welcome to use the lounge. The minimum charge is Bt1,000 per person for two hours |to utilise Miracle Lounge Concourse D and |enjoy a wide range of international food and drinks.
