11street joins with FBT for SEA Games promotion

South Korean e-commerce operator 11street has joined with Football Thai Factory Sporting Goods (FBT) to launch the “FBT First Launch: SEA Games Collection” promotion for the 29th South East Asian Games. Available in the promotion are licensed SEA games products including jackets, polo shirts, t-shirts and caps. “Sport fans shouldn’t miss this promotion as it gives 20 per cent bonus coupons for shopping with 11street from now through August 31,” the company said.

Singha Estates says stock continues to draw investors

Singha Estates says that its issuance of 400 million of new ordinary shares and its US$180 million convertible bond issue had been well-received by local and international corporate investors, adding that the stock has been gaining support.
 Naris Cheyklin, CEO of Singha Estate, said: “After Singha Estate issued 400 million newly issued ordinary shares and US$180 million worth of convertible bonds earlier in July, we have attracted a lot of Thai and international institutional investors who are confident in our potential and projects. 
“The 400 million newly issued ordinary shares, at the offering price of Bt4.16 each, were well-received by BBL Asset Management, One Asset Management, and global institution Templeton. The US$180 million convertible bonds were also fully booked by foreign institutional investors.”
 The capital raised will be used to fund new projects, including the mega projects in the Maldives. The first phase at this project will be opened in 2018.
 The mixed-use Singha Complex will open its office’s sale gallery for public touring in the third or fourth quarter. “Later this year, we will launch a luxury condominium on Sukhumvit 36 and a super luxury single home project on Pradit Manuntham Road,” the company said.

Bhiraj Buri Group launches office tower

Property developer Bhiraj Buri Group has launched a Grade A office building, Bhiraj Tower at BITEC, with a “Let the Red Begin” themed party. Inspired by the building’s “Red Line” design, the event took place on Bhiraj Tower at BITEC’s Roof Garden on the 29th floor, which also features Thailand’s highest sky Jogging Track. Highlights of the event included music by a house DJ and a performance by Thai rock band Bodyslam.
Bhiraj Tower at BITEC has 32,000 square meters of rentable office space. 
“It’s located right next to Bangna BTS Station, in the vicinity of Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), and will be part of the integrated mixed-use project,” the company said.
“With more than 2,200 square metres of Roof Garden and Jogging Track on the 29th floor, there is also an unparalleled view of the city, Chao Phraya River and Bang Krachao. CPN, True extend restaurant promotion to sixth year

CPN and True have invested Bt67.5 million to continue the “Dining with True Exclusively at CPN” promotion for a sixth year under the new concept of “Dine and Share Together”.
 “True customers come dine and share your favourite dish with your love when dine at participating restaurants such as Chabuton Ramen, Chounan, Kimju, Pepper Lunch, Sukishi Charcoal Grill, Tenya, The Terrace, and Yoshinoya,” the company said.

Hygiene releases products with scent technology
