Guards said this car is charged for free quite frequently without permission or even acknowledgment by officers.
Meanwhile, Pornpit Petchcharoen, deputy secretary-general of the House of Representatives, said the secretariat has never allowed any MP or government official to recharge their private cars in Parliament.
He added that this matter will be examined and members will be told to follow Parliament regulations.
