Microsoft launches Citizen Server Solution for Local & Regional Government to enhance efficiency, pu

It supports the SMART Thailand strategy and assists local governments in preparing for the ASEAN Economics Community (AEC).

 

The Citizen Server Solution for Local & Regional Government is an IT solution developed to deal with challenges that local governments worldwide face in terms of building local communities, maintaining their citizens’ general well-being and effectively responding to crises and emergency situations. Thesolution serves the different needs and development strategies of local governments byestablishing and integrating systems like databases, paperless office systems, Business Intelligence, workflow, as well as platformsthat connect internal and external work processes. The result is better collaboration between government departments and agencies, smarter internal communications, cost savings and the ability to deliver individualized services for citizens.
