Nakrop Niamnamtham, managing director of nForce Security Systems AP, said yesterday that mobile-device solutions covered encryption and security.
In 2013, the firm will expand its customer base to small and medium-sized enterprises and open an around-the-clock, seven-day-a-week call centre. It will offer new solutions and new partners to provide alternatives for its customers.
It has lined up two IT-security business partners – FireMon for cloud solutions and Rapid7 to distribute fixes for the loopholes in operating-system network applications and databases.
“I think that next year the security market will see serious growth with the emergence of government mega-projects such as the tablets for children and the coming of 3G technology and the growth of the tablet and smart-phone market.
“It will also help organisations manage their infrastructure from ‘bring your own device’ of staff in their organisation and enterprise business,” he said.
The company this year expects to increase revenue by 40 per cent to Bt350 million after starting to focus on security firewalls and network visibility last year.
Listing on the stock exchange is the next step.
The security market this year is expected to expand by 12-15 per cent to Bt1.5 billion.
“I think that IT security is an important element for all companies and organisations,” Nakrop said.
