Sony’s VAIO Tap11 thin but powerful
Sony has introduced the VAIO Tap 11 – the world’s thinnest Windows tablet PC with Intel Core Processor Family1. The device will fulfil every user’s PC needs despite its remarkable weight and size. Measuring a mere 9.9mm thick (without keyboard), it features a tablet form that offers the same ease of use as a conventional notebook, as well as with the same amount of computing power through the latest processor from the Intel Core Processor Family.
The VAIO Tap 11 also includes a magnetic full-pitch keyboard/cover, with a touch pad, that can be used via wireless connection.
For users who get impatient while waiting for their PCs to start up, the Rapid Wake + eco function on the VAIO Tap 11 will help eliminate this problem while giving your VAIO a longer battery life in sleep mode. Users only have to open the lid of their notebook when their weekend or week vacation is over, and they can rapidly get back to the tasks they were previously performing on the PC.
