FedEx Express has introduced the FedEx Quick Form in 10 Asia-Pacific markets to provide customers with greater convenience when processing shipments.

The markets are Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
FedEx Express’s president for Asia-Pacific, David Cunningham, said FedEx Quick Form was an easy-to-master online tool that allowed customers to generate a shipping label in just a few clicks.
Customers can save previous shipping information as a profile for subsequent shipments, speeding up repetitive air waybill preparation. Compared with handwritten air waybills, the FedEx Quick Form improves accuracy and efficiency of data entry.
“With our culture of technological innovation, FedEx continues to deliver significant business value to our customers, especially to small to medium-sized enterprises, which make up 90 per cent of businesses in Asia. FedEx Quick Form makes shipping easy and intuitive, and improves the productivity of SMEs.
“We are committed to provide better, faster and more efficient services that streamline processes for SMEs so they can focus on business opportunities,” said Cunningham.
Customers can download the FedEx Quick Form at www.fedex.com and can register as users using a combination of their FedEx account numbers and basic information. Once the shipping information has been saved, it can be reused for future consignments.
Through the system, shipment labels can be printed directly from a computer to affix to each shipment.
