Pando’s rebranding strategy focuses on removing the intimidation factor from high-tech devices, ensuring they are accessible, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for contemporary homes.

Strategic Shift: From Gadgets to Lifestyle Solutions "The pet equipment market has historically been plagued by complex products and prohibitive pricing," the company noted. To capture the growing segment of urban pet owners living in condos and houses, Pando has restructured its product philosophy around safety and design.

This strategy has yielded tangible business results. The flagship Automatic Cat Litter Box Model 4, launched in mid-2025, sold over 3,000 units in less than a year. This digital expansion is bolstered by a strategic partnership with Rabbit Rewards, a loyalty program integration designed to enhance customer retention.

"The year 2026 marks a pivotal milestone," the brand stated. The integration allows customers to earn Rabbit Points for every 20 baht spent, creating a robust ecosystem of rewards that competes with major retail platforms. This move is designed to shift customers from third-party marketplaces to Pando's owned channels, improving data ownership and customer relationship management.

Future Roadmap: IoT and Expansion Looking ahead, Pando is preparing to launch a dedicated application to support an IoT ecosystem, allowing owners to monitor pets remotely—a crucial feature for the working demographic. The company is also planning geographic expansion into provincial markets and continuing its CSR initiatives, which included donating over 50 strollers to foundations in 2025.
