Mistine, True Move H in 'give-away' campaign

Mistine, a cosmetics brand, is collaborating with TrueMove H, the integrated telecommunications provider, to roll out the "True Beauty" campaign, giving over one million "Mistine Girls" free calls within TrueMove H networks and special top-up privileg

Exclusive to Mistine members nationwide, this campaign is expected to penetrate the market of new generation women consumers who tend to be beauty-conscious, confident and savvy in the use of modern telecom technologies and devices.

Danai Derojanawong, president of Betterway (Thailand), Mistine’s cosmetics direct sales distributor, said the company sees growth potential among new generation consumers, particularly women who are more image-conscious and embrace new technologies.

The partnership was designed to offer special and exclusive privileges to Mistine’s members throughout the country and those interested in becoming Mistine Girls.

The aim is to gain a greater proportion of Mistine Girls from Generation Next and the Net Generation.

Songtham Phianpattanawit, executive director of enterprise sector and international services of TrueMove H, said the collaboration has broadened the opportunity for these two leading companies to achieve a major business success with the combination of Mistine’s direct-sales cosmetics business and the advanced telecom technologies of TrueMove H’s networks.

Besides TrueMove H’s technical support, Mistine Girls will be given access to its 3G and 4G networks, as they are part of the primary target group in expanding its prepaid customer base.

Also, the companies are exploring opportunities to develop more joint marketing campaigns in the future.

The True Beauty campaign will give Mistine’s existing members as well as new members special benefits, such as free calls to Mistine’s call centre throughout the life of the SIM card and Bt100 a month of free calls within TrueMove H networks for up to 12 months.

When they top up, they will receive a bonus of free calls within TrueMove H networks plus unlimited access via 3G/EDGE/GPRS to Line and Facebook through the apps.

To build awareness, two TV commercials under the "True Beauty" theme will be presented by Pawarisa "WanWan" Penchart and produced by L&R Media Co with a total value of over Bt40 million.

Danai said this is just the beginning of the partnership between Mistine and TrueMove H, with more benefits for all Mistine Girls coming in the near future.
