TREASURE Product Marketing Co., Ltd, a manufacturer of natural Latex products and supplier to international luxury bedding companies, has unveiled its Restier brand to tap into what it calls the super-premium bedding market in Thailand.

Known for its hand-made and material-intensive mattresses for top-tier consumers, Treasure aims for Restier to make into the “‘Top 20 Regional Luxury Living Brands” of Asia within three years.
Teeratat Rangsivoraroj, general manager of Treasure Product Marketing, said: “Natural Thai latex bedding products have increasingly been favoured items in overseas markets and are currently enjoying an upturn in sales from a new segment of consumers. As there are many lower grade Latex brands in the market capitalising on the trend, customers are now becoming more demanding for higher quality merchandise - specifically, those natural latex products of very high quality and with a proven Thai origin and heritage.
“The demand from these new consumer segments comes about from their interest in natural and organic goods, both of which have an intrinsic place in bettering health and well-being. They strongly believe that quality sleep is an essential part of happiness in life.
“That is why Restier’s high-quality bedding collections are highly valued and enjoy success in international markets. Restier mattresses have a particularly relevant focus on luxury consumers for whom cost is no barrier to indulgent and thoroughly rejuvenating rest.”
This year Restier plans to substantially increase its share and awareness in its home market, especially since luxury products of Thai origin in the modern living category are enjoying an upwards trend.
Many of the company’s high-spending target consumers are more aware “that better health-conscious choices improve the body’s response to hectic, modern lifestyles, and now place significant emphasis on rest and quality sleep., which responds to the increasingly busy demands of modern living”. Restier’s super premium latex mattresses are a perfect fit for these shifting needs in markets across Asia.
Teeratat said: “We only select high-quality Thai latex from our own controlled rubber farms to be the raw material for our premium mattresses. The process of quality control is both involved and arduous.
“One of Restier’s standout products, the Nimman mattress, requires a painstaking harvest of cream-of-the-cream latex from at least 1,088 rubber trees. This is part of the reason Nimman has become a must-have item for wealthy followers of conspicuous consumption. It’s worth noting though that the product’s inherent quality means it offers perfect service over a lifecycle of many decades.
“Our company has equipped itself with strong R&D specialists, and partners with top-class scientific institutions that support the development of unique latex foam formulas and designs. All Restier products are manufactured under the patented Restsolation technology coupled with an exquisite level of finishing.
The result is a range of superb products that have made the brand well-known in terms of its superiority and artisan craft. Restier has also earned longstanding trust from discerning luxury clients in many countries because of these efforts in scientific performance and ergonomics”.
In January this year, Restier latex products won the Best of the Best – New Arrival 2017 in the Luxury Bedding Brand category at Hurun’s Annual Gala, organized by Hurun Report Magazine in Shanghai.
In addition, Rubberland, a museum of rubber products in Pattaya, picked Restier as the brand of choice to design a new latex bedding collection.
The new collection commemorates the superiority of Thailand’s natural latex, and the pride its industry stakeholders place in this standing. The collaboration series aims to offer a premium product range that meets the needs of high-end Thai and overseas consumers.
