The Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong's Michelin starred restaurant sends it chef to China House for a week

 

This week, the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’s China House is welcoming
chef Man-Sing Lee of Hong Kong’s exclusive Man Wah restaurant for a
weeklong feast of outstanding Cantonese cuisine. His creations will
be available in special lunch and dinner menus from tomorrow through
Sunday.
Man-Sing Lee was integral to Man Wah recently receiving its first
Michelin star. His menu of traditional favourites will be offered alongside
seasonal specialities with touches of modern flair. Always keen to use only
the best seasonal ingredients, Lee has gone to great lengths in sourcing the
finest Hong Kong has to offer.
Man Wah’s award-winning signature dishes include Steamed fillet of
spotted garoupa, crispy ginger, crabmeat and egg white sauce; Stir fried
lobster, egg white, scallop mousse; smoked fish with five spices, crispy
mushroom julienne shrimp and garlic spring roll; wok fried pork loin,
kuei hua flavoured pear, chin kiang vinegar and Wok fried wagyu beef
with black pepper sauce etc.
