TV host Woody Milintajinda has an update after ascertaining from Chonsawat “Ae” Asavahem that there would be a press conference addressing

ongoing rumours about married Ae having a fling with actress Janie Thienphosuvan. A tweet from @Woodytalk sets the time for 11pm today, and

says both Ae and Janie will be present at his home in Paknam, Samut Prakan.
Meanwhile Janie was reportedly admitted to hospital suffering from stress, which would be understandable since everyone seems to think she’s trying

to steal the husband of singer Nantida Kaewbuasai.
As for Nantida, the self-appointed detectives at Pantip.com claim she’s flown off to New York with her teenage daughter.
And then Janie showed up again on the photo-sharing site Instagram, her account reopened to public inspection, and it shows quite plainly that she’s

“following” Ae on Instagram.
With her and Ae’s testimony to the press awaited, attention turned to another of her pals, model and fellow actress Paula Taylor Buttery. She

disappointingly but not surprisingly had no idea about any such relationship and insists she doesn’t even know who Ae Chonsawat is.
“I knew the guy she was seeing before, but I didn’t know about this guy, so I have no comment about it,” she said, giving a reporter a story with

nothing in it. He should have at least asked Paula if she was going to watch the Ae-Janie press conference on TV like the rest of us!

Something stinks
It was dubbed “the durian deal” when the Sentosa Resorts in Singapore signed with Thai movie studio GTH to import scary elements of five of the

studio’s popular horror flicks, including “Shutter” and “Pee Mak Phra Khanong”, for haunted houses at the island’s Halloween “Spooktacular”.
Sentosa’s David Goh explained to Thai reporters that he’d approached GTH last January and they hammered out ideas and a budget. Then GTH sent

a team led by director Yongyoot Thongkongtoon to check out the location and soak up some extra inspiration.
The Sentosa team put on an impressive reception for the visitors. “We talked about the price and the working details in both Thailand and Singapore,”

Yongyoot said.
Goh took the GTH team to local restaurants where they ate bah kud teh and a lot of durian. “We sat and talked until the deal was done,” he said.

“They’re very tough negotiators – in a good way though.”
Unlike in take-home Thailand, Singapore has durian shops where you can sit down and graze on the smelly fruit all day. Yongyoot said durian was

constantly around as they hashed out the contract details – and also on their hands when they finally shook on the deal.
The budget for “Spooktacular” is spectacular – around US$1 million – but Yongyoot says the Thai participants aren’t in it for the money. Presumably

they just want more durian.
